The booking is confirmed upon online payment (deposit or full amount according to the schedule shown). A holiday rental agreement is then e-mailed to you for electronic signature; it states exactly the amounts and terms below.

Any remaining balance is charged automatically on the date shown to the card used for the deposit. The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipality.
The number of guests may not exceed the property's capacity. Pets are only allowed if the property accepts them.
Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.
